This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and subscription management for EventHex.ai (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By subscribing to our event technology services, you acknowledge and agree to this strict no-refund policy.

2. Subscription Terms

2.1 Annual Subscription

  • All subscriptions are billed annually
  • Payment is required in full at the time of subscription
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable
  • Access to services continues until the end of the paid subscription period

2.2 Plan Changes

  • Upgrades to higher-tier plans are available at any time
  • The difference in price will be charged for the remaining subscription period
  • Downgrades will take effect at the next renewal date
  • No refunds are provided for downgrades during the active subscription period

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • No full or partial refunds will be provided for cancelled subscriptions
  • Access to all services will continue until the end of the paid period
  • Cancellation notice must be submitted through your account dashboard or via email to info@cms.eventhex.ai

3.2 Auto-Renewal

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each annual period
  • To avoid renewal charges, cancel at least 14 days before the renewal date
  • No refunds will be provided if you fail to cancel before the renewal date

4. Service Termination

4.1 Termination by EventHex.AI

  • We reserve the right to terminate services for violation of terms of service
  • No refunds will be provided in cases of termination due to policy violations
  • Account data will be handled as per our Privacy Policy

4.2 Account Data

  • Upon cancellation, you have 30 days to export your data
  • After 30 days, we may delete all account data
  • Reactivation after cancellation requires a new subscription

5. Exceptions

  • No exceptions will be made to this no-refund policy
  • All sales are final
  • Force majeure events do not qualify for refunds

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
