How does AI matchmaking work at networking events?
Attendees complete a profile with their industry, role, interests, and networking goals during registration. EventHex AI analyzes all profiles and generates a personalized list of top connection suggestions for each attendee, visible via the app before and during the event.
Can attendees schedule 1:1 meetings before the event?
Yes. Once matched, attendees can send meeting requests through the app. Both parties confirm and the meeting is added to their event schedule. The organizer can assign tables or areas for meetings.
How do attendees exchange contact details?
Via in-app QR code scanning. Each attendee has a profile QR code. Scanning it adds the person to your connections list with their contact details. All connections can be exported to CSV or synced to a CRM post-event.
Is there a limit on the number of AI matches per attendee?
By default, EventHex shows the top 10 matches per attendee. This is configurable — you can show fewer for focused speed networking or more for large events.
Can I run a speed networking (round robin) format?
Yes. EventHex supports structured round-robin networking tables where the system assigns meeting pairings and notifies attendees which table to visit next at timed intervals.
What networking analytics are available post-event?
Post-event reports show connections made, meetings held, messages sent, top-connected attendees, and engagement rates — giving organizers data to prove event ROI.
